CVBuilderKit is an AI resume builder with editable CV templates. Upload a resume or start from a template, and an AI extraction step turns it into structured, editable data rendered with one of eleven templates. Where your data goes

The file you upload is never stored. Your browser extracts its text, and for a PDF renders each page to an image, and only that text and those images are sent to build your CV. The one binary file kept on the server is a profile photo, if you choose to add one. Everything else - your CV content, chat messages, cover letters - is stored as plain data tied to your account or guest session, and you can delete a CV, with everything attached to it, from the builder at any time.

What it deliberately doesn't do

There is no LinkedIn import. We looked at it seriously: LinkedIn's official sign-in API returns a name, email and photo but no work history, full profile data access is restricted to EU and Swiss members or gated behind an enterprise review, and a logged-out profile page hides the fields that would matter. If your resume lives on LinkedIn today, its own "Save to PDF" export works as an upload here, like any other resume.
